Responsibilities
You catch us at an exciting time! We're deep in the iterative prototyping process for our next titles. As a Senior Game Artist you'll become an integral part of our team, helping to define the look and feel of our games and bringing those ideas to market-testable prototypes on a monthly schedule.
You'll combine strong hands-on art skills with visual leadership, working closely with developers, producers and artists to turn early ideas into clear, appealing and production-ready game experiences.
What you'll actually be doing:
Defining and owning the visual direction of our games, from early concepts and mockups through to polished, playable prototypes.
Turning loose game ideas into clear visual concepts quickly, finding the right art direction without overproducing during the prototyping stage.
Planning and prioritising art production across multiple prototypes while balancing speed, quality and scope.
Creating game-ready 2D and 3D assets across the production pipeline, including characters, environments, props, UI, animation and VFX where needed.
Working hands-on to create and implement assets, set up scenes, materials, animations, lighting and visual effects.
Collaborating closely with developers and producers to make sure art, gameplay and game feel work together.
Giving clear direction and feedback to a small team of artists, maintaining visual consistency and helping the team deliver at a high quality.
Helping us improve and refine our art pipeline and development process for what works best for the team.
